Peggy Tyndall

Peggy Tyndall has a broad depth of experience managing all major clinical areas in a hospital, outpatient, and physician office setting spanning over 4 decades. She currently serves in a full time role of Director of Nursing for Critical Care Services within a major healthcare IDN in the Atlanta area. Her responsibilities include running a 50,000 visit per year emergency room, ICU/CCU, cardiac telemetry nursing station and supporting ancillary departments for the critical care patient areas.

She has a proven track record of solid management and leadership experience exemplified by being selected Nurse Leader of the Year at two different hospital employers. Peggy understands the fundamental requirements of good leadership by developing and mentoring a multitude of employees who have followed and learned from her style, knowledge, and willingness to share and most of all the humility to know when and where to seek expertise and knowledge from others.

In addition to a widely known reputation for great nursing leadership, Peggy has successfully applied her financial knowledge to meet or exceed financial goals. She has led the technology initiatives within her areas of responsibility for the entire healthcare organization for the past nine years and continues to be recognized through system wide involvement as the nurse leader to apply technology to affect and improve clinical process change.
