Specific recent projects include Program Manager  leading a multi discipline financial and advanced clinical systems initiative for a large community hospital migrating from Meditech Magic to the 6.0 environment. This project included the management of 9 consultants, 3 project managers, senior executive relationship management, 15 core teams and over 100 team members affecting every department in the hospital.
